Non-Cancellable Orders:

Refunds:

If your item is defective on arrival, you may request a refund by emailing Pinastic with attached evidence. Upon verifying the proof, Pinastic will process the refund. Note that initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are billed additionally to the total amount of your purchase and must be paid by yourself. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping expenses will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
